I think Dan is a leftover of an old problem.  

I think Canales in theory could be good if he just embraced being a rah rah HC.   I don’t like a Canales run O.  I don’t think he is a good playcaller and manager of an O.

Hard to forget those blowout losses against the Bears and Commanders. Call me cynical but barely defeating the Saints and Giants with laughably low passing output isn't convincing.

Talk to me after the Chiefs game. I need to see Canales team hang with them at home. If we get the doors blown off let em' have it.

Without coming into a fix it mess, have a guy that can execute what he wants to do and get an offseason of work with it. See if the arrow can start pointing up.

This 'make Bryce work out' thing is an albatross and would have been to anyone coming into that situation.
