we'll get a good one with our first.  Just read an opinion on this year's draft that said there was uncertainty about the top 2 qbs and the rest were falling off.

also said this was not a great top 10 this year.  But there will be a very good player when we pick.

Yea, not the best top 10 for sure. It'll be interesting to see if they go for immediate starter or a developmental prospect in the first two rounds.

What Im seeing is between DT and edge there are 9 in the top 20.

I dont feel DT is a first round need, but 100% back drafting edge.

I think panthers need top 10 pick to land an edge.

NT is a need, rookie are not for that role.....unless special

Teams always over draft QBs, edges, and CBs

Like the idea of double dipping at edge or edge LB combo in the first 2 rounds

It's too early and all and Im a pure BPA drafter...

*But I feel panthers must use the 1st on edge.

**Then go for the Panthers classic 2nd WR.......yes I know and they need a WR......new staff knows WRs.

*** Then go for pure BPA 3-7 and maybe toss in QB pick somewhere.

FYI ALL STers are FAs........ prepare them using one or two late rounders on kicker/punter....maybe even LS, got to be better than Matt rhules wasted 6th.BTW Trey Smith was reset the OG market, thanks again rhule....https://nfltraderumors.co/chiefs-g-trey-smith-candidate-to-reset-guard-market/

    • Wouldn’t hate it. Would rather have another d lineman than cb though
    • Call Vegas---I am all in now!!!!
    • he always was self-centered.  Great athlete, but he was about some Cam.  Maybe that was his way of being great--but think how he must have been treated his entire life--so he was a product of us. He is also very kind to his fans--saw him signing autographs for people after OTAs--he missed my son, holding a Cam jersey, and saw it when he looked back--he froze and looked sad, then smiled and ran back to him and signed it.  I saw him "showing off" at practice when nobody was in the stands--high energy, fun, contagious. Finally, I would say his teammates may not feel about the organization like Cam does.  I think the Panthers should have protected him better, offensive line, had him run less, slide more, and never let him run that QB draw.  But RR was worried about his job, and Cam is a gamer--Cam took a beating like no other QB before him--and he did it for the team.  So his bitterness may be misguided here.  Rivera and Hurney need to take some responsibility for the shortening of Cam's career and the feeling that he might have had the team on his back.  The OL was usually bad and there were not the best weapons after 89.  I understand it--he is not handling it well, but I see his source of irritation.
