I could do better, those that know, know.

You’re just not worth the effort. a crybaby reactionary thread to the Johnson trade and then hounding every poster personally that disagreed with you said everything. You’re just childish, nothing more needs to be said.

Ps. How many yards does Johnson have with the Ravens again? 6 yards through two games?

Oh, you mean the thread where you kept asking people for evidence of poor decision-making, then you kept receiving evidence repeatedly and you rage-quit the thread? That one?

Keep up the projecting.

A)again growth is relative to where he was.  He was basically the worst starting qb in the history of the modern nfl last year and through 2 games this season.  Has he improved from that?  Yeah sure but he is still the worst qb in the nfl right now

B) for fugs sake please stop playing the what if game.  The ebbs and flows are penalites and dropped passes are part of it, you dont get credit for that.  And if you do you need to factor in the poo throws he gets away with

Whoa!!! Take it easy. I'm only trying to give a little perspective. Good QBs with good WRs aren't really lighting up the Giants in the passing game.

Bryce has been improving every week for the last 3 games. Agreed that his starting point was pretty freakin low, but at this point he isn't going in the wrong direction like the first 2 games.

I get your take on him. You don't have to keep reminding everyone. I think almost everyone here agrees that he needs a lot of improvement to be handed the keys to the franchise. At this point, he's what we have. And Bryce Young figuring it out is the best thing for the Carolina Panthers. You don't have to agree. It's just the truth.

you don't get to play the 27th and 29th worst run Ds most weeks in the NFL.

this week Bryce will go back to looking like a middle schooler.  KC is 3rd vs the run.   Which means it will be a couple hours of check downs and sacks.

We actually have the 31st and 32nd ranked rush defenses still to play!

Also the 32nd passing defense x2.

Problem with that assessment is that bryce is out of runway.  Incremental baby steps isnt solving anything for planning and the future.

100%. If this is the point he is at developmentally this far into his career, he is likely better off spending more time on the bench and doing that slow development.

His best path to success is a Geno Smith-like one.

After we were at 10 points, our drives were as follows:

3 plays, 0 yards, punt

3 plays, 6 yards, punt

6 plays, 22 yards, punt

10 plays, 80 yards, TD (nice drive)

3 plays, 3 yards, punt

1 play, -8 yards, fumble (on a non-call horsecollar)

3 plays, 8 yards, punt

6 plays, 13 yards, punt

4 plays, 5 yards, punt

You need to have more than 3 legit scoring drives per NFL game.  The drive stalling were not all on Bryce, but he couldn't find guys at times to sustain drives.  We had plenty of opportunities against the worst defense in the league and that's what we produced.

Nice to see a win, but the continued concerns with Bryce are absolutely valid.

Rage quit? No, I just realized you were not worth the time.

As far as evidence goes, you mean the vast majority of your evidence which happened with Fitterer at the wheel not Dan? Your entire argument against Dan is based on “guilt by association” which is dumb as hell. There isn’t an argument too that, it’s a dumb emotion based argument that’s it.

Big ole “Yawn” from me on that one. Lmao

this is teh internets jabroni, not every idiot’s idea needs to be fought to death. It just got to the point where i realized nothing I said was gonna change your mind.

So he's out of runway after 5 games into his 2nd season, after he was picked #1 overall? Now that would be such a Panthers thing to do. If he's showing steady improvement, and doing the things that we thought he couldn't do last season and the first 2 games this season, then he needs to develop consistency. That's a better approach than running out to get another new QB that may or may not work out.

Look. He's played horribly for the vast majority of his short career, but if he consistently shows improvement while winning games, then you don't just move on because he used to suck really bad. Particularly when he's still not in a desirable situation to put up numbers. Either way, continue to build the team. And when the team is good, then get the rookie QB if you need to. Until then, Bryce is showing enough development that he doesn't hinder the development of other players. Actually our young offensive players look better with Bryce than with Dalton. As soon as that isn't the case, he needs to go. Post haste.
