I don’t think starting rookies = tank per se. We’ve been starting lots of rookies every year since Rhule started. That’s been more of an indictment of how bad our talent pool has gotten. Trading Burns, Diontae, Mingo (lol) and just finally being sellers by not giving up our talent for a crappy QB is more tanking.

Hopefully, we don’t somehow screw it up because damn if there aren’t a poo ton of bad teams this year. Last year we got the number 1 pick, which wasn’t ours anyway, by 2 games. 2nd worst team had 4 wins. There might be 6-7 teams with 3 or less wins this year.
