The Browns would beat the Panthers 34-13. They have their qb and enough talent surrounding we don't. Different expectations.

Panthers are starting 2 rookies at WR, 1 rookie at TE, 1 rookie LB, 1 rookie at nickel etc.  Not sure what else they could do to “tank harder”. Not playing the young guys would be moronic.
