Nah I'm fairly positive he's done with him.

Do you think he benches him? To me, it’d be difficult to right now bc they’ve won two in a row (granted to very bad teams). I think the fans and team would revolt. I agree with you, it seems he’s about had it with him bc if he was fine with him, he’d just come out and say he’s the starter.

I don't want the Panthers to fail, but it's obvious that Bryce is not a franchise QB and we have to move on.  Him failing makes it easier for the Panthers to realize this.

Him failing means Panthers fail, can’t have it both ways

I think not naming him the starter has kept the pressure off Bryce in a way

If your best game was 126 yards passing vs the Giants then I don't need to root for you to fail.

You already failed if this is one of your better games as a pro. Talk to me after we get humbled by the Chiefs next week.

Chiefs are going to wipe us up and down the field.....Unfortunatly

I think focusing on the run game and limiting the number of times Bryce throws it also keeps the pressure off helps as well.

Of course, playing decent defense against bad teams helps Bryce more than anything.

I don't want him to fail at all but I also don't want him to provide false hope that he could still be our QB of the future. I love the growth I've seen from him the past 3 games, but I just don't think he can ever be a qb that can take over big games and get his team to the superbowl.

Completely agree. He’s not even been close to living up to the number one overall pick.
