If this was Patrick Mahomes playing with 3 rookies and down 2 Olineman, the announcers would be reminding the audience of that every 5 minutes...

I want to engage here, and I'm definitely not on the Bryce is the savior bandwagon, but some of this stuff is objectively stupid given the context and just insufferable.

I am proud of this team. We lose this game every single time the last 5 seasons

Here, let's try it like this...

Bryce is playing better.  Bryce is still not a starting-caliber QB in the NFL and severely hampers this team.

Sam Darnold threw three interceptions today and no TDs and won.

Goff completed only 50% of his passes and threw five... No poo FIVE interceptions tonight and won.

A win is a win. And a starting QB should find a way to win an ugly game.

This. Yep, he's playing better. The biggest thing he's doing is learn ming the throws he can and can't make at this level. And Canales is adapting his offense to that. The problem is that you're left with a very limited passing attack and Chuba's running is what is really carrying the offense. People were crying last year about put Stroud here and see what he does. Okay, put Bruce in Houston this year with no OL and no running game. What does THAT look like. LOL

Sure, but you're talking about two players that have previously carried games for their teams this year.

Thank you.

Any other QB winning down 2 lineman and with 3 rookies starting would never, ever get this hate, especially against a good defense.

Anyone who can't see that Bryce is playing better (even after we traded away our nominal WR1) is just hating.

It's embarrassing.

Just enjoy the win

Ive seen so many comments saying "durrr he beat that bad team huh huh." Im telling you these weirdos don't watch the game whatsoever. They have no idea what the Giants D is like.

Honestly, many of them do not understand the difference between your offense and defense. Seriously, anyone specifically saying Bryce won but he beat the worst team does not understand that their offense may be horrible but they can still have a good defense. And they don't understand that Bryce only plays with their defense on the field, and that's what you judge is play against.

So you have to explain what I wrote above to anyone who said "but the Giants suck." I don't understand why you have all these people on here that you have to explain this to. It's weird. I was all about getting Bryce out of here, but I'll admit he is looking better and I do want to see how he finishes the season. But ban anyone who said "the Giants suck though" when SPECIFICALLY talking about Bryce lol. Need a little intelligence check

Are you telling me Stroud lost to a QB throwing 5 picks?

I didn't make it about you.  You did.

You made a thread with a headline and first post comment that's a passive aggressive insult that is a continuation of your BW hate fest.  If you don't want any comments, don't make a new thread from the peanut gallery.

I don't think BW had a "great" game today.  I think he had a game that showed improvement and did a number things that helped us win and in our present circumstance of being one of the worst teams in the league. I'd like to enjoy a win.

There is plenty to actually hold Bryce to task for, discuss, and critique.  I've never even argued he's great.  Only that he still has potential after a bad 1st year that had extenuating circumstances.  I 100% agree with Canales benching him.  He was awful.

Since he's come back he's been our best option and has shown some improvement.  Doesn't mean we won't draft another QB next year or trade him in the off season or keep him and bring in other QB's to compete with.  I love that Canales won't name him the starter each week but keeps making him earn just enough to start the next week.

Picking your ass and throwing poo nuggets every week at Bryce or any hope fans might have that he could improve is exhausting.  You're just being a troll and an asshole.

Who’s BW?

Well lucky for us Bryce has been similarly mediocre against everyone

There is a segment of this fanbase that would rather lose with a QB that is 6-4 with a cannon than win with a QB like Bryce.

The production is the production we are not talking about a mid to late round pick.

Most fans know what to expect the rest of the season. They just want to see new life and competition brought into the QB room in the offseason. Because the goal is not only to compete but to improve. And we can do neither of those with QB play that is statistically at the very bottom of the NFL. If you disagree with that then the issue isn't others. The issue is you.

    • I imagine starting Cade Mays has everything to do with him already being under contract next season and Christensen not. If they feel like the performance level is similar, they probably want to see if Mays can play well enough down the stretch to win the starting job going into next season. Plus, yeah, Brady Christensen is an excellent depth player given he can play literally every position on the OL at a solid level. Personally, I'd like to see us extend him regardless just for that alone. He might legitimately be the most versatile OL in the league.
    • I’m hoping Moton will retire a Panther. He’s been a steady presence on that OL for years and it would be ashamed to let him go.
    • Hunt would be having a pro bowl season if he was on a playoff team. And Lewis will be here another 2 years with that contract he got. I don’t think at this point guard is an option in the near future.
