I do see your point to an extent. You don't know what Osi will want $$$ wise. You and I agree he is low dollar but does he and his agent feel he is low dollar? I can bet you Giant Fans will think he is worthy of a 1st or 2nd.

I don't agree we necessarily need another DE. Johnson, Brayton, Brown, Taylor and Moore will do well. Adding Osi other than being a vet really doesn't guarantee that our DE's will be any better than what we have.

Seriously he might be better then anything we have now. You do remeber he was coming off a serious knee injury last year maybe that's the reason for a drop in production either way he still could come in and be our best Dlinemen.

I would probably give them next years third for him. Doubt we would pay his salary. Plus he wants to start. Dont know if they think Brown is ready to start at this point. We might be wanting a cheaper rotational guy.

Brayton would lose the snaps. Osi is better than Brayton, period. A Johnson/Brown/Osi DE rotation would be sick.

It's worth discussing because it actually makes some sense for both parties. But like I said in the opening, I don't know how seriously to take it as a "report".

I think it's probably safe to say it isn't their fault. I'm sure ESPN asks for this stuff. These guys are on TV every single day, so they have to say something new.
