Past and future QB review with Dane Brugler

This was a really good and interesting one that included the last two QB drafts and an early look at 2025.

I totally disagree with Dane that its simply a confidence issue and not size.  Totally disagree.  What has happened is that bryces arm strength, mechanics and inability to consistently see the middle of the field have put him at a severe disadvantage which in turn bryce obviously knows by now and doesnt mentally know how to fix it due to never having to face adversity.  And if we are being honest there really is no "fix" to it.  Coaches are going to have to scheme around his deficiencies for the rest of his career and I suspect its a huge reason Canales simply wants to move on.  not worth the time

I agree, it is definitely an issue.

I feel like its both his size/strength and his confidence but his lack of confidence I believe comes from the lack of size/strength

Once he realized he can’t do what he did in college since everyone is bigger, stronger and faster in the NFL, his confidence was shot.

Yes, and it sucks for us that his realization were true unfortunately. Little nice guy is probably exactly who you would want your daughter dating but not who you would want quarterbacking your NFL franchise.
