lmfao... nah bruh. But trading Dwill. and losing our tandem..isnt the best suggestion for panthers fans. They're a record breakin RB Tandem, and have only been togetha 2 years. I wouldnt trade that away forrr shiiiiiiiiii

We can keep both Williams and Stewart. Their contracts are a few years apart, particularly if we do something about Williams this year. Get that signed so we can move onto the next. (Davis) It would be nice to have some of our guys like he and Davis locked up this year so we can concentrate on all the other ones like Moore, Beason, Kalil, Barnidge, King, and (every else on a tender, one year contract, last year of their contract, whatever), who are going to need a new contract. Thought that was why we let Peppers go. (That and he didn't want to be here, anymore.)

Yea they've been great the past two years, but the direction the FO is going this offseason shows that they don't want to "Win Now". In a couple years maybe the '11 season jstew will be carrying the load for the majority of the snaps and dwill will prob. Be shipped away, so why not trade up to the 2nd overall pick and cure the DT problem this year for yrs to come. Face it if we lost deangelo then we still have an elite back in jstew, RB is one position we don't have to address this offseason. And whatever it takes I hope Suh is off the board b4 tampa picks.

i see your standpoint... and agree with hopin tampa doesnt get suh lol. yes we do have an elite back in Jstew that is certain, but he hasnt went a season without injury problems. in that case...i'd rather be insured that our run game stays in tact and our DT problems are addressed...differently sumhow.

Its a no brainer trade if you're the panthers. But why the hell would the lions trade the #2 pick in the draft for a running back that will be 28 next year? Theyre rebuilding for the long haul in case you didnt notice.

The last time the lions mattered they had a pretty nifty running back who was amazing to watch. Sometimes Williams looks a little like him. Detroit could easily use a 1000 yard back. They would be lucky to get him if we wanted to let him go for an unproven rookie who will cost us way too much than we want to spend. Potentially 35 or 40 million in guaranteed money. Of course if it went for a top quarterback, it might be worth it. Unless of course we didn't want to overshadow Moore, we will wait to get a project. If we gave up that much to a backup what would we have to pay the starter? Can't ever see that much money tied up in one position.

Never happen.
