He caused the delay at the 2 pointer and then gave up the sack right after that.  But he was great otherwise.  Big fan of the guy.

I prefer him somewhere other than center, though.

LT BC, LG Ekwonu, C Bozeman, RG Hunt, RT Moton was always the right call for a good pass pro and dominant running attack

Missed that opportunity

I think BC is a natural LT. He should've been starting since his 2nd year here. Instead, while effective enough, he looked a bit rusty today. But I'll bet with more experience he'll be more consistent than Ikey.

I’ve been saying since we drafted him that he’d be much better @ LG. Speed rushers off the edge have always been a problem for him.

Not sure what to think about Icky...next season we'll know and hopefully he will too.. but hes kinda underwhelming  so far...we need more out of him.

You keep him at LT and extend Brady.  Brady at center next year, worst case.  Moton has one more year on his contract.  Keep drafting linemen every year for depth and another starter if necessary.  This is a good problem to have.  Either Icky gets better at picking up speed rushers or we are prepared for the future with moving him to RT and plugging in BC or another draft pick.

I'm more in favor of giving guys with a lot of talent the time to learn and get better, especially if we can keep the same system for more than one year.

I think this is basically just tinkering with no possible good end result. If you wanted to try for that in the offseason, I would be fine with that but if you don't like Ekwonu's feet at LT, you REALLY aren't going to like Hunt/Lewis, IMO.

A smarter move would be to eventually shoot for an eventual move for Ikey to RT when Moton retires/moves on and then get a good(needs to be better) LT in the draft.

At least if you go that route you are planning for the future.

BC looked good against a bad Saints defense. Icky has been solid at LT all year and still hasn’t reached his ceiling. I kind of like BC at center.
