The wildcard is Tepper. Only Young can determine his future of course but he's got to play a lot better than he did yesterday and consistently to guarantee himself a job here. Do you see that happening? I sure as hell don't.

No, and while he did play better Sunday (some throws were excellent), it was against a garbage team and garbage defense that were missing three DBs if I’m not mistaken. He still didn’t even put up that great of numbers. The Giants aren’t much better than NO so I’m assuming he will do about the same against them, it will be after the bye that will be the true test.

Kyle Allen would have done more in that specific game yesterday

I disagree, on the grounds that Allen would've gotten more yards but also more turnovers. Toward the end of his tenure here I called him a good punter; he'll move the ball 50-60 yards before it goes to the other team.

Canales fixed Bryce by getting Dalton down to his level.

Dalton's QBR is the highest it has been since 2019.  I remember some of us telling people that Dalton's game against Seattle wasn't special and wasn't the norm.  He is what he has been for half a decade now...

BY should have been picked probably twice lol. As this is an entertainment business I would also take more yards and turnovers if the net result is still a win. Playing it safe is not fun to watch

We actually do. The huddle never learns. A terrible QB suddenly has a good drive/game and suddenly we should sign him to a big contract or keep him the following year. Then next year happens and we are back to where we were the previous year.

Who said we have to trade him when he isn't tradable. We can still grab a QB or take another piece we need more. I don't see us winning more than one more game with our defense as poor as it is.
