I see some Florida State Winston

Winston was an absolute statue with a Byron Leftwich slow delivery. Not seeing the comp at all

Winston is basically Leftwich with a room temperature IQ but I like the guy. Seems like a legitimately good person that would be fun to be around.

Winston with all his sexual assault charges? I don’t know about him being a good person…

It’s ok to like both. Ward playing great doesn’t make Sanders worse.

I'm fine with Ward. I said he and Sanders are the only 2 QBs we should consider. I just like Sanders more he's pro ready. I think Ward could take some time, but the skill set is there for sure.

I am not sure if we draft Cam Ward, Sanders or any other qb.  But if we do, he should sit for a year at least.  Let him sit behind Dalton or some other vet and actually learn how to handle the NFL from a guy who has been doing it for a while.

I don't get this mentality. Have a solid vet on the roster so you're not forced to play a rookie before he's ready but play the guy when he's ready. No one is lamenting Jayden Daniels playing as a rookie. Caleb Williams has been up and down but doesn't look overwhelmed by any means. Drake Maye has been promising after sitting the first few. In no world would I draft a guy with no intention of playing him as a rookie no matter what but I also wouldn't draft a rookie QB with the intention of starting him day one no matter what. When he's good and ready play him but don't force it.

It's clear Canales works better with veteran QBs than he does young QBs who need 4 to 5 years to mature. Load him up with a Delhomme, Warner and Garoppolo type QB room and you'll likely see a better result.

Use the early draft to strengthen the run defense at DL, LB and SS.
