I'm Sold on Drew Allar

The guy is big. He looks like a Rothlisberger in the pocket.  Many of his completions came from being under pressure and having guys in his face.

Yeah, he is a Day 2 pick, at best.

He's probably going to be in the 2026 class so I wouldn't develop a hard lined opinion on the guy quite yet.  

Big arm but has some stuff to work on.

Tepper runs the team like a pendulum so after having a physically limited QB in Bryce I wouldn't be shocked if we took someone like Allar who's a physical specimen but needs time to develop. I still have a tiny amount of faith left in Bryce but the idea of taking Allar at the top of the 2nd and sitting him behind Andy for a year while we fix the defense and just the overall baseline talent on the roster sounds like a good idea.

I mean if you wanna take Travis Hunter #1 overall and get this guy in the 2nd ok. Otherwise I'm taking Cam, even if it's dropping back a few spots to pick up a couple extra day 2 picks. I'm not seeing an elite edge rusher worthy of the #1 pick or else I'd consider that option as well.

I could get down with taking Hunter in the first and grabbing Allar in the second. The problem is I think what we do is gonna come down to where the second rounder lands. The more the rams win the value decreases. If it ends up being a late second rounder might not have a chance at him...gotta remember QBs fly up draft boys around draft time.

After watching BY9 all of last year and a few games this year, I’m amazed by any other QB where any other QB is so accurate, possesses such a strong arm, is so mobile and athletic, etc. I find myself falling in love with any QB just because it’s not Bryce.
