It's becoming more clear why the Steelers were more than happy to trade him away to us and why we basically did the same.

if the Steelers part w/ a WR.....you don't pick up that WR.  That's been proven as the law everyone should abide by.

This is why you don’t fall in love with what you THINK you have. Locking this dude up like so many wanted to do based off of the first few dates was ludicrous, and completely the panthers thing to do. It would have been a disaster.

You only dish big $ to people who fit the franchise and love football with every fiber of their being.

Draft well. Build culture, brand and loyalty. Keep your own.

He already proved what he was....we often are the woman who thinks she can and did fix the man.  Robbie Anderson is better than DJ!  Let's lock Diontae up quick!

Maybe we might have learned something from the Robbie Anderson deal?

I made this very remark back when people here were wanting to pay this guy 20-25 million a season once upon a time. A few people jumped all over me.

I've been skeptical of Morgan but at least he was wise enough to cut bait quickly after taking a chance on this guy. He's just another headcase WR.

Remember when people here were losing their minds that we didn't get like a 1st round pick for this dude?

Lololololololol

I wasn't thinking 1st round comp, but I thought Morgan got 100% robbed on the trade. I didnt realize the level of cancer he was in his FA year.....of all the time to go off-script and tank your value, NFL dumbass of the year right there...

Dang shame cause at Carolina they feed him- he was open and caught the ball. I honestly thought he could have gotten a late 3rd (form a playoff team ala KC). But pitt was trying to trade him since the 2023 deadline, no one bit. Then Morgan tells the world he's cutting djak and Pitts offers a cancer....

Deal is he should be getting 20million per if not more, but he's got a few mental issues. rip life changing money....

    • You’d think that after Cam this fanbase would know better than to cherry pick passing stats without any sort of context
    • Naw we can’t do that it nobody can make up for those critic drops third down drops coupled with TD drops he just had to learn from it. But Thielen is doing his job that’s it he’s a clutch catcher who makes big ting plays knows how to get open and catches everything that comes his way but to be elite we need more Theilen type of players.
    • Main reason I wouldn't mind taking Mason Graham. He is a 3 tech that can play 4 or 5. Draft Profile Summary: Mason Graham has the potential to be one of the best defensive tackle prospects to come out of college in the last few years. His lack of elite size and length will keep him from being in the same category as Jalen Carter, but the Michigan product's combination of strength and athleticism gives him a high ceiling as a pro. Graham is quick off the ball to put pressure on offensive linemen immediately and has the agility to throw off linemen's angles when slanting. He's very effective when slanting to get penetration in the backfield, and he has the strength and physicality at the point of attack to control blocks when taking them on straight up.   Against combo blocks and double teams, the Wolverine's sub-par pad level will occasionally cause him trouble, but he's also shown the ability to absorb contact and hold ground when he keeps his pads down. He's even made a few plays while taking on double teams. As a pass-rusher, Graham is still learning how to use his hands consistently and his lack of top-tier arm length might be a bigger issue at the next level. However, he has the movement skills to develop a good arsenal of pass-rush moves and has already flashed a decent hand-swipe and swim move. Also, he has the strength to collapse the pocket as a bull rusher when he uses good leverage. Schematically, Graham would be best as a 3-technique but he can line up as a 4- to 5-technique if needed. Michigan has been moving him up and down the defensive line so far this season, which has helped increase his position versatility.
