People rationalizing this as normal are just doing Tepper's bidding.

No it isn't normal for the owner to meet with the head coach multiple times a week. The same owner is on damn near every single draft call each year too. All he does is meddle. This is also the same owner that held a press conference where he did all the talking and only made things worse after firing Frank Reich.

The Tepper's are the first second and third immediate problem with this ailing sports franchise. Everything else is just a ripple effect.
