I am sure he knows deep down that he can't play at this level.

if you read the article about his offseason, where he completely detached from football, sat around watching youtube and occasionally going to the mall for shopping, in the proper clinical setting those are symptoms of depression.

That is true, and especially reasonable if you psychobabble. And I would buy it because I feel like he knows he can't cut it right up like he always has before, and that is what really has him 'ruined'.

This has gone far enough.  Get off the dude's back, the job is taken!  You'd do better just to hop inside me and take a ride on the Young express, there's a spot available by the Nintendo switch.  My dude was cooking yesterday and I don't mean food.  I'll tell you like my Dad told me, sometimes you have to cinch your straps and buckle up for the long haul, you panzies don't realize how hard Bryce can carry.

Watching Jayden Daniels, he’s like hundreds of times better than Bryce.  Not even the same stratosphere.

Caleb Williams is struggling but still far more skilled.

CJ Stroud, same. Even Fields and Richardson at least have talent.

Like how did we miss so horrifically bad?

Beats me. In his pro day, he had no strength and zip on his throws. CJ was just on point. I dont know how we screwed it up. I was so against drafting him.

we were looking for the next drew brees/russel wilson instead of just looking for a really good QB.

we tried being clever instead of being smart.

Tepper was amazed at BY ability to break down a play over 15 minutes at dinner. Doing it in under the 2.7 seconds average was something Dave and Nicole didn't know was a requirement.

The wrong people were making the decision and those same people made the decision for the wrong reasons.  An owner and wife should not be that involved and have that much influence in making this big of a decision.  Sure, they can provide the final 'sign off'......but that is not what happened by all accounts.

That Nintendo switch is already too much weight for bryce to carry on his back and you want him to carry a football team? Ain't happening

    • Mayes has a weight advantage at Center.  Christensen’s versatility is valuable but better on the outside than the interior IMO. Mays can also play multiple spots along the interior. I think we’re in the best position we’ve been in years with the OL.
    • Back n 94 or 85 (We had just drafted Biakabatuka and Moose) I was at an OTA in Rock Hill and I bumped into Donnie Shell, the player personnel director, I believe.  It was just after the AFC playoff final when Harbaugh was the Colt QB and he had a pass dropped in the end zone that would have beaten Pittsburgh.  I grew up a Colt fan--so I told him how it made me sick, and he laughed--very nice guy.  I then asked him about the Hall of Fame, and he said that he appreciated the thought and he prays for it, but there are so many of his teammates from that Steeler team who deserved it more--he said that it probably makes it more difficult for him because they do not want to let in every Steeler and they could argue that I was better because of my teammates.  He was very humble.  I told him that I was only a young kid, but I remember him bringing it just as much as the others--I was so happy when he was inducted--even after he laughed at my Colts.
