Depends on the QB in question.

Regardless of the rest of the roster the entire QB room needs to be reset. And as bad as the defense has been the truth of the matter is you're going to be hard pressed to get high quality defensive starters to continue buying in with the QB play we've had. Eventually guys are going to start making business decisions when your starting QB is absolutely no threat to throw the ball down the field. It's that simple.
