Should also be noted he's just now 25...

 

Guentzel is a good player no doubt, but he doesn't have the same athletic ability as Marty.... Necas can change a game completely at any time with his speed and skill.

Year in and year out the Canes find "diamonds in the rough" they get guys that fit our system and style of play....  also not surprising some of these are less productive outside of our system. 

We do need a 2C/Top six forward but other than that this is still a very good hockey team.
