Cool so instead of scoring 7 we score 0.  We still get a pick and remove a veteran who is setting a terrible example.  You do see him giving up on routes right?  Guess who also has the most INTs when targeted in the league out of WRs?  I will give you a hint, he is a Panthers but not XL, Mingo, or Coker....

Teams are calling for Johnson. Playoff teams at that.

We will learn one day about trading away all of our good players. This offense is gonna struggle big time watch.

what is your solution, just keep him until the bitter end and then let him walk?

It’s not fun and games.  We are losing every week by 20-30 points.  If we didn’t have Johnson we’d still be losing every week by 20-30 points.  Overpaying Johnson won’t do any more than overpaying Christian Kirk did for Jacksonville.

We trade our actual good players away every year.

Y'all will learn if you don't have talent you won't be very good. The sad part is Johnson is gonna ball out like everyone else who leaves the Panthers.

Good point.

I keep forgetting we suck so bad that there is no chance that dude wants to stay here.

This is what this franchise has become.

It has already been reported he does not want to stay, he visibly quit on the field Sunday and his comments after the game shows that he is going to roll over on his teammates.

Get rid of him. It's a bad enough scenario without any locker room drama.

Sign him long-term.

We get a good player and just trade him away to a contender. What are those picks getting us?

i’ve heard he doesn’t want to sign here. If we’re were to resign him we’d have to overpay. It’s something that we seem to always have to do because of the rep and culture of our leadership and FO in recent years.

It’s another reason we really need to focus on getting the draft right and getting players who can actually help us.

They are renting him as a WR2 for the rest of the season. Let’s see what we get in return for him….
