Agreed. Him throwing his teammates under the bus is a clear sign he needs to be moved. That's locker room cancer in an already very difficult spot.

Sucks as I had hoped for him to be here a few years but that's right and what he is becoming. Probably time to unload a very talented player who is probably going to bail on us at seasons end anyhow

Morgan is another clown GM.

I would wait on that assumption until he has had this off-season as well. This past off-season he was trying to fix a million things Fitt messed up. And yes he was a part of his team but nowhere can I find that Morgan was the final decision maker on anything at all during Fitts reign.

So what. We have the right to tag him and find a better deal this offseason. There is no point in shipping him off for a 5th round pick or later.

Dude, what is the point of holding someone hostage? It doesn't INCREASE the trade value, it decreases it.

We have literally made this mistake before.

I agree. I was hoping he was going to be a core player but he is very clearly not into building and, frankly, at his age I wouldn't be either.

It showed us what a competent #1 WR looks like so we have an idea.

I can’t even work out what potential trade partners are left… Buccs? Can’t see us going in division unless they pay a premium.

Maybe you trade a locker room cancerous type within the division? Trojan horse style.

That makes sense. 28 year old WR doesn't want to be on a rebuild or whatever we are the next couple years. It's gonna be his last big contract shot

I have to say it doesn't exactly inspire much confidence in Morgan that he's been desperate to ink this guy to an extension while he throws the rest of his team under the bus and mails it in. Haven't we seen this story before? Sounds a lot like Scott Fitterer to me.

    • I think a lot of wrs are going to go in the second round before we pick.  There are a lot of wr needy teams.  I think there will be a big run on them in the late 30s and 40s.
    • Interesting that they met with Walker three times and Cam Jackson twice.
