who coincidentally wanted to bench said rookie kindof like the first year head coach did.  Interesting

And this coach was fired because of this along with the QB coach and RB coach.  Coincidentally, the QB coach is now in Minnesota working with Sam Darnold who suddenly looks like a real QB.

Bucs offense is still good. Just lmao

They’re honestly better. Coen is the truth and Godwin is in the Kupp role. It’s pretty nice what they’ve got rolling. Running game is 10x better this year too.

Where he may have been fooled us the GM hire. I know that I've stated that Morgan has showed some promise, but when I see things like refusing to shop Chuba, after you drafted Brooks, I have to ask myself is he not taking something out the page of the Fitterer playbook. Everybody, but for rookies need to be up for sale, not necessarily dealt mind you, but up for discussion.

So ya'll don't learn smh. Let's keep trading or only good players away for low draft picks and expect to get better that way?

and Dan Morgan here now for 3 1/2 years making personnel decisions.  Why itf was he kept after fitterer was shitcanned ?

Morgan wasn't my first choice, but we have to be careful assuming that all the mistakes were on Dan. He was just the assistant GM, after all. And we know Tepper was constantly forcing personnel moves so it's fair to wonder how many of those moves were even on Fitterer.

If you look at Morgan's first offseason I feel like he's done a decent job. FINALLY got the OL built up and this draft class looks like our best in years, even if that isn't necessarily saying much given how awful we have drafted.

It's not looking good on the field right now, but that's to be expected when you've had the worst owner in sports making mistake after mistake for years now. I'm not sure how much Morgan or Canales can really be blamed in the long run; especially Canales.

Well, you tell me what kinda sense it makes to pay---probably overpay for Chuba when we drafted Brooks with a second round pick. If we were going to hold on to Chuba, we should never have invested that type of draft capital in Brooks. Moreover, tell me what kind of sense it makes to hold on to Thielen when he is certainly not in our long range plans. He's an aged veteran, and we have younger guys that need experience.

Now, if we can re-sign Diontae Johnson, then wonderful. If we don't plan to or can't then we need to deal him and get something out of him while we still can. Otherwise, he just walks and we don't get anything.

I will listen to the argument that maybe we should keep Mingo because he's still young, but he hasn't really had that much of an impact since he's been here, and nothing really suggests that he'll be anything more than he has been. At least we've seen a flash or two out of Legette and Coker. I do believe that if we trade Thielen or Johnson, than we probably need to keep Mingo as a precaution, but not because he's been good.

Tell me how keeping Miles Sanders helps us at all other than depth. He's largely been JAG. If someone offers anything for him, we may be better off just to get rid of the salary.

Young talent to develop is more important than keeping old guys and JAGs on the squad. As the draft consists somewhat of dart throws you have to have picks to increase your rate of success. This is the best way to build teams.

You resign Hubbard to a reasonable deal I'm sure he won't break the bank. Having 2 good backs is a plus not a minus. You try to resign Dionte but if he wants out you try to trade him but you need another team willing to give you something for him. As far as Theilen i doubt any contending team would be willing to trade for a old and injured vet.

Too early to tell. Rookie HC, terrible roster. You have to give people time to grow, these things aren't just plug and play.

offensive roster isn't terrible though.  and he is an offensive coach.

All established coaches without a job.  two actually reached out to interview but no, no man this is what we get.  Dave do me a favor keep your wife out of football affairs and how about you do the same because this is fuging embarrassing.  What the fug is she doing talking to a head coach candidate about breaking down film?  fuging clownshow is what we are

https://sports.yahoo.com/panthers-owner-nicole-tepper-talk-190513968.html

“I think he was breaking down film in the second interview process, and I did not want it to stop,” Tepper said. “Like, I wanted him to keep going. I wanted to listen more. I would’ve sat down and talked film with him, or listen to him break down film, for hours.”

lets be real, she only said those comments because Canales is attractive and eye candy for her. the heck does she know anything about film?

The 2 things that will save him is he doesn't have a qb and they have a ton of injuries. Ignoring the fact he has 1 actual season of running an offense as his resume. If Tepper could do better I think he would have already had him escorted out of the building.
