I mean, every person is a unique snowflake... but yeah that is true.

He isn't special he is just ours and one of the few success stories. Shelf life though, is growing shorter.

No disagreement there although I will say that our best value draft pick is a replaceable RB that Mrs. Rhule wanted to pick. SMH.

I understand the wanting to keep our good guys because we’ve got what, Horn, Brown, Hubbard and maybe Diontae as at least average or better NFL players. RBs on 2nd deals aren’t important. Getting as many shots (Dan Morgan you better do better) at marquee guys is what we need. We will be stuck in this hole until we have some of those recent Detroit/Houston type drafts. 2024 wasn’t that so starting in 2025 we need a banger.

I'm pretty concerned about Wallace actually. Have gone from liking it to not trusting him at all. I don't like what I see on the field screw the green dot stuff he looks slow and weak.

He's a rookie trying to play a MLB in the pros before he's ready. He has to set protections and the secondary. That's a tremendous ask with this defense wouldn't you think?

Agreed! They need to take the calls away from him. You can tell he's overthinking now instead of just playing football like he did in preseason. See ball, tackle ball.

I've said all that to myself and others already. I rewatched the Washington game though and focused on him. That is what I saw. He was often away from the play and seemed slow to pursue.

Some of it would be responsibility based, his key took him out... but he just doesn't look that good overall. Maybe it was just me being too critical.

He wouldn't be starting if Shaq and Josey weren't out with injuries. You are expecting too much from a 3rd round rookie that was forced to start 5 games into his first season.

MLB doesn't have to set protections.  They normally do, but it doesn't have to be the MLB.

But he is doing it. They said he was anyway.  I have been waiting for Jewell to come back thinking he will take that over.

oh, not protections but the calls and alignment stuff.

If the Panthers trade Hubbard for draft picks I'm going to lose my mind.  Hubbard will not be expensive to keep and the Panthers should lock him up.

A.  Why in the fug would he resign here

B  quit giving rbs 2nd contracts

This isn't hard

With the amount we have spent on OL we shouldn't have to pay for RBs.  Just draft a RB2 with a late pick to play behind Brooks or sign a cheap one.

We need a 2022 Foreman next year. Or someone that will short yardage pound the LOS. A load.  A Tolbert would be great.
