Terrace Marshall

Recommended Posts

Got a little extra hate towards Terrace Marshall Jr. because I remember almost the whole Huddle (myself included) wanted Creed Humphrey…we drafted him instead… smh now we still have a need for Center and Creed Humphrey is an All-Pro center

Jarrett, Benjamin, Funchess, TMJ, Mingo and I'm sure I missed many more.

Our drafted WR closet has more skeletons than a serial killer.

You missed Colbert. I guess one could argue Carruth but those circumstances were....unique.

Oddly, we have had a couple of underappreciated 2nd rounders with solid careers. LaFell and Samuel. Not star players but good journeyman role players that were worthy of those picks in the end(mostly not for us).

How could you forget Moose? If I remember correctly he was drafted in the second round.

Yea only gotta go back 30 years to find a good one lol

I didn't say that they were good at it. Moose was and Khalil were 2 of their best 2nd round picks. Come to think of it they may the only ones you could call the best. That's how far you have to go back to find one. Sad really.

Benjamin and Funchess don’t belong in that convo. They looked good early on

Damn homie you was one of the cool dudes on this board. You loss some cool points with this comment.

KB was good for 1 season. He fell off after that and got fat. Funchess I don't ever recall being good. At best he was a decent #3 WR. He fell off as well.

Hopefully we got it right with X. This team is still trying to replace Smitty.

Do you guys just don't like Johnson?

I swear everyone is overlooking him. We haven't had a WR get open like this since Smitty. Sure his hands aren't the best, but for the most part he makes plays. I like him as our #1. XL can play off him.

    • I would only consider trading Adam Thielen and Miles Sanders at this point. I like Thielen but this is so the young WR's can have the most opportunity for development since we are using a QB capable of throwing the ball more than 5 yards and they now have a shot at development.  Plus it gives Thielen a chance to go to a team who may be chasing a ring if that's what he wants. I would trade Sanders also but nobody wants him or that contract and he holds no value to anyone I have a feeling. He isn't doing us any good and I feel as if any other young back from any teams practice squad could match that production easily. I still would not rush Brooks along and would give that knee all the time it needs especially for a RB who will be making many cuts in live game situations. No reason to rush him along and at this point I'm okay with pretending we can't have him this season and just making sure that knee is completely well to 100%. If game action this year then very light carries and a major backup role for him to mainly just watch. Either way we don't need sanders but nobody is offering us a thing for him due to how he has looked since in Carolina and that contract of his so it is just wishful thinking on my behalf
    • Ideally take a big trade down like the Bears got from us. This teams needs 10+ starters lol need a huge infusion of talent to turn things around. Unless you're fully convinced the guy sitting there is the next Tom Brady gonna look to trade and go BPA the whole way and just stack the roster with as much talent as I can.
