Well at least we're competing. That's a step up from the Reich era. I like what I see from XL and the OL, especially with the injuries up front.

But yeah, the defense is ass cheeks.

Not sure what will do with our QB position, but the entire draft needs to be all defense.

 

Our WR core is not actually bad Johnson/XL has potential as a duo.

offense doing its job again this week. last week was all the suck but 3-4 they are showing they are atleast a an NFL level group.  I'll give Canales credit for making that side work with of all people Andy flipping Dalton. wish he would lean on chubba more often honestly, but the passing game is there. and the running game is too, just wish he would lean on it more to keep their D on the field longer and ours off.

It really isn't. The defense was great last year. We just have nobody worth a damn on the field between injuries and shitty drafting for the last 5 years.

We showed blitz and actually blitzed and they fell apart.  You can scheme pressure the same as a good offensive coach can scheme someone open.

Give the D credit - as poo as they are, they did a good job of holding up in the red zone twice in a row
