Well in his 4 year Jacksonville career he averaged 18.25 tackles per season.

He is very literally, just a guy.

I believe he chose to set out the covid season and then had a major injury early the next season.  If I remember correctly.

A series of injuries.  As mentioned, he couldn't get his back right all of last season.  Besides, he's a one down, one trick pony.  A 3rd down pass rush specialist and his one ace is a speed rush.

He'll either lose the ball in the air or catch a 1 yarder and get drilled by their smallest DB and gain nothing extra.
