Interesting Rookie QB Trivia

Was just listening to ESPN radio while running errands, and the question was what rookie QB lost the most games in their rookie year in NFL history.

They all guessed guys like Tory Aikman...  I quietly sat feeling like I contently only knew the answer because I'm a Panthers fan...

But they stumped me too...  It wasn't Weinke, to my surprise.  It was Dashone Kizer with Cleveland who lost 15 starts.  I don't even remember him starting a whole season - that is wild.  That being said, here is the depressing part - he then said there are 4 other rookie QBs in NFL history who have lost 14 games in their rookie season.  And of course, being the Panthers, we are the only team with two of those QBs out of that four - Weinke and Bryce.

Disgusting.

Well I have been comparing us to the Browns for at least the last three years so....

Oh, you heard that and got it wrong too? I guessed Weinke, but I thought there may be a Browns QB that I couldn't think of, and of course it was Deshone Kizer.

This made me remember Hue Jackson....I knew he had a bad record and remembered the 1-30 start. He ended up finishing 3-36-1 with the Browns, 0-20 on the road. Yikes.
