Anybody else disgusted with Richardson?

implying that this is the team the panthers will field, before the draft and before the post draft free agency period when the panthers traditionally (meaning what they've done the past three years you ignorant wadded up ball of pooty toilet paper) make their moves, is not only ridiculous, but indicates you might have a developmental problem, possibly connected to too many or too few chromosomes.

jake can go contribute his interceptions somewhere else

diggs can contribute his old ass in st louis, where all other carolina linebackers go to die

hoover can contribute his broken down back to a retirement home

moose can contribute someone else's money to his bank account

kemo can contribute his medical bills to dan snyder

damione lewis can contribute his bench warming abilities to the patriots

there's no reason for the panthers to contribute money to overpaid and underperforming old people when they have cheaper youth on the bench jesus christ do you f**king understand anything

oh now you're psychic

This sentence is structurally impossible and yet there it is.

once again, before the draft and post draft free agency period when the panthers traditionally (that means the last three years you overgrown flagellum) make all their moves and find their key contributors.

you misspelled atrocious

past results do not indicate future performance.

what in the name of god is your definition of clear?

furthermore, what then does that make your definition of opaque?

oh poo you made a really good point

wait no you didn't

you suck at posting and I bet you're a bore to be around.

Can you make your point without insulting someone?

I really don't think you can.

I have a feeling the 5 starters from the draft was sarcasm, because if we start a 6th round pick, something has to give. Either the FO pulled a horse shoe out of their arses or one of our current starters shouldn't have been starting in the first place!

thats the issue i have with this year. we have painted ourselves in a corner. we have to hit in every draft pick because these guys will be starters of first level backups. if there is even one injury on the dline that will mess us up let alone 2. our starters and depth is untested and have a year and half of starting experience AMONG ALL OF THEM. we dont have a solid #2 wr and are hoping a ROOKIE comes in and gives us what moose did or hope that dj does.

This season is hinged on a lot of guys stepping up at once. if even 1 or 2 of them dont i can really affect our season.

My point was that consistantly good teams, tend to draft well. And that the draft was not a complete "crap shoot". Someone as smart as you must understand that drafting is not 100% based on luck. However, My Patriots arguement was flawed because of the last couple seasons they have slipped.

I disagree... Consistently good teams tend to have All-Pro Quarterback play. Having that makes your team look better on the field and gives the perception your team is drafting better than those without great QB play.

Manning- Makes everyone the colts offense draft look good... Consistent team.

Brady- Consistent good team

Farve- Minny, NYJ, Green Bay... Makes every team look good. Saved Childress his job.

Warner- Changed the Cardinals the past few seasons

Brees- Turned the saints around to the superbowl champion. Now the WR's they drafted are overrated.

Rivers- The reason the Chargers have been consistently good, Not LT.. last season proved that.

So show me a team You considered to have drafted consistently well who doesn't have a great qb.

Actually I can. And have. And been doing quite well at it.

But due in part to me no longer weeding out the sped and in part to your piss poor modding abilities the intellectual discourse in this forum has become comparable to a bunch of toddlers throwing poo at one another in a mcdonalds play pin.

The poo does bother me. Hell, insult me all you want, just leave it in smack for the others. You know better.

I think Fox/Hurney's stance on not drafting a QB any higher than about the 4th round has hurt them. We have never had a big time QB. They hitched their wagon to Delhomme and I don't believe they wanted anyone here who might challenge him. Our backup QBs were garbage as long as he was here. Fox didn't want anyone on the roster that might be able to take Delhomme's job. I don't really think it ever had anything to do with "they take too long to develop." It's biting them in the butt now.

Hoover. Fiammetta was replaced by Sutton until Hoover was back.

Unless we resign Hollis Thomas, Kemo hasn't been replaced.

i would also say both dt players. we dont know if either of the guys we have penciled in a starters can reproduce what lewis or kemo brought. compare stats also even if they recovered completely from going on ir.

Delhomme was good in his prime... Not many other QB's I would have preferred during that time span.

Moore has his opportunity this season, so I don't know if it will be biting them in the butt.... Until we see what Moore does this season we can't call it a failure, and based on what I saw the end of last season I believe we will be satisfied with our QB play.

my sincerest apologies for not properly addressing your banal and twee intended post.

Heyy, "banal" that was on my GRE flash cards :)

But I do understand, its alot more fun and easier to make up opposing points and then argue against them.

Plus ,it just makes you feel so doggone smart.

Cant have great QB play or great QB's, for the most part, without having good complimentary (usually drafted) players.

However, I do agree that great QB play is vital to a teams consistant success. But, again, the draft is still very important. And this has gone sooo far from my origional point that I am going to give up and stop explaining it.
