I mentioned two weeks ago that I was hoping that Dalton's Raiders game was not the Newton's "I AM BAAAAAACK......" game. Situation is not idential for sure.....but stil......

It's not about that dude. Of course the roster is bad even with a qb, BUT...you still have to go out and play games in the mean time. WE WEREN'T EVEN A FUNCTIONAL OFFENSE WITH BRYCE. It's like getting in a car to drive that won't even start much less move. That is beyond bad for a professional team.

It’s the same thing with Darnold, Baker, and now Dalton. Ok enough to get you to the playoffs on a good team then flame out. We screwed the pooch, swung for the fences with Bryce, and went years in reverse because they can’t identify talent. That’s what bottom feeders do.

this wasn’t on Dalton today. we just got our asses kicked. Bears have two very good lines

Having competent QB play have us a short term boost but at the end of the day this team sucks. It is what it is.

Depleted offense too, the bears are very good vs the pass we lost both TEs Xman got hurt, this kind of defense is were Theilen and his chain moving was sorely missed.

The fact we are even discussing Dalton as if he is the reason we lost today or was supposed to carry us just shows the thinking spectrum of this fanbase.

It's possible. At the rate he's getting hit there's no way Dalton is making it through the season. The OL had played decent up until today but it's hard when you're playing from behind and the other team knows you have to pass and you're fresh out of receivers.
