Not a big deal. If you want specifics, just ask and I will dig them up. I want this to be informative.

I was just wondering if there were a predominance of low ranking attached to particular years. I think I assumed it covered all the years. I am bad for skimming stuff and not thoroughly reading through it.

It's not a big thing. I get curious - but man those things are rabbit holes.

So what were you thinking? Bottom 10 ranking for each?

Can you track our injuries compared to those of other teams? Seems like we are always at the top of the most injured teams…

It seems like that stuff runs in certain places and I wonder about the training regimens, and for sure the turf. Maybe the people assigned to these positions have a better or worse effect on things... all that stuff.

I'm on Tepper about that turf; he is ridiculous. Says he wants to win.

Hire someone to figure it out and pay them. Not like he can't recoup plenty of profit still. The valuation of the team is constantly rising.

Well, I was just musing if my memories, which aren't that great on old stuff, corresponded with the bottom rankings yeah.

Like if one year's team had a ton of bottom rankings in those different categories, that would be interesting. If I am expressing myself correctly.

It's probably poo that should remain obscure and that's why I didn't want to push it. (like how many would really care about it, too much trouble..)

edit again: I think I was looking for something like a voting deal where so many points for a 1st place, down to last place, and seeing who totaled...  like the aggregate score of all 30 fuging years so it's probably a little much

Pick a stat and I can give a top 10 or bottom 10.

    • Real Estate Developer here..  So I develop real estate, so I am inadvertently intertwined with real estate agents - I am not one.  I have a love/hate relationship with them.  The industry like most is dominated by the top 20%. The top 20% can make a 7 figure income, while the bottom 80% are mostly your average joes. There is no second place The thing to remember as an agent is that there is no second place. Either you get the listing/sale or you dont. You can be working with a perspective seller for ages, giving them free consulting advice or home valuations and at the last second they might choose another agent to list with.. cause thats their kids friends dad.. You did all the work - you get nothing.  As an agent you might even be working with a buyer for months trying to find the perfect house only for them to really just 'like looking' and never being serious - you get nothing.  The best (beginner) agents will sit on the phone all day long, talking to people, volunteering on community organizations and being out in the community as there is a 'guilt' factor with selecting one. If Agent Bob is on your church committee there is a higher chance than not that you will hire him over the agent you see in a bill board.   Once your successful.. Once you have made a name for yourself it gets easier. People just think of you because they have seen your sign or they know of someone that have used you. Eventually people just start calling you.  The easiest way to make money as an agent is to get the listing. Once you get the listing your only need to post the listing and now all the other agents are trying to find a buyer. The best way to get listings is to do all the things previously mentioned.    Its not fair.  Because there is no money for 2nd place, agents are known to try to steal listings, or they will offer less of a split commission. AKA The listing agent will get 4% the selling agent will get 2%.  When an agent lists the sale like that some buying agents will simply not show your home to their clients.. even it ifs what they are looking for. So as a home owner, you should ask how they intend to split the commission.  Years ago I hired the top agent in our area to sell my home. They sold it in 24 hours and I paid THOUSANDS in commissions. I mentioned how I thought it was kind of BS that he "did nothing" and I paid so much. His response was one that has stuck with me. He said, "when you hire me, you are paying for the 30+ years of experience that I have. Because of my experience I have a book of 30 people that are looking for a 500k home and 40 people looking for a 400k home. I can sell your home fast people I have built a book of business. That is what you are paying for"   So I would agree that I think that agents make too much money for what they do. But I also have seen far too many people get into real estate, only to quit and go back to their regular job because they always came in 2nd.  Happy to answer more questions if you have.
    • I think if he sucks we'll feel better about losing that pick. That's the solace. Such as it is.  It is strength on strength our O vs their D, and the other sides are weakness vs weakness. DJ will be motivated but they have to get it to him.
    • I'm still trying to figure out the gap between a Bryce Young and a Stetson Bennet in the eyes of media and scouting. Aside from age and off the field behavior they are essentially the same player.
