I believe that would be game 10 of the 2021 season.  They were 5-5 after that game. Been rather downhill since. 

On second thought, it had been downhill for a while.  Just hit a little flat spot for a few weeks.

lol, that is not technically the season. 2-2 would feel better than 1-3. 

2-2 after 0-2 and a QB change, instills a belief.
