The Panthers have failed in talent evaluation for both free agents, draft classes, and contracts and coaching hires for years now. the bill has come due it is really that simple something that takes years to cause isn’t going to rectify itself quickly the cohesion of the offensive unit gives hope, maybe, just maybe, the low mark has hit. i hope it has -
The former, huge factor. No continuity. The latter, I don't believe they were the reason for Bryce Young, all the other draftees, yeah. Big hand in that. But the last couple of drafts looked like coaches influenced some things. Getting their guys. Evero wanted DJ last year, for example. Canales wanted XL I think. Stuff like that is mixed in. -

Sam and Baker already had some monikers coming in so the meh play added to the narrative. Plus they were both bad on the same team and neither could overcome the offensive dysfunction. Contrast that with Bryce looking terrible and Andy balling out with the same team.
