Sanders is the best QB in this draft. All these other QBs have elite Oline play. Put Sanders behind those Oline and he's leading the nation in passing.

Saying that I doubt we go QB. Especially if we end up winning more games than expected. My dream has always been drafting Travis Hunter. If we can't get him Tmac the WR from Arizona would also be nice.

Didn't you say the same thing about Bryce?

Sanders is going to be a head case.  I wouldn’t touch him at QB anywhere near the first round.  Tmac is a beast though

I’ve been watching him since year 1 at WSU — I thought he was gonna declare last year and have been excited to see his development over the years

2 seasons back, Oregon vs Wash State was one of his big turning point games. It was back and forth, and he had that energy of putting everything on his back, played great but made some forced/aggressive errors trying to do too much. But showed some awesome awesome promise.

Overall, has a great build, just a real brick of a dude. Not towering or anything but a few main checks: He has the size, release, and arm strength. 3 biggie quals. Is also agile, elusive, but can stand in the pocket and push the team downfield. He’s not a looser goose pocket bailer.

Last season, his awareness and decision making improved a ton. Really grew as a passer.  Sando, Brugler and the Prospects to Pros guys had some good discussion on him. Accuracy still left scouts something to be desired so rumor was he was perceived in the 2nd-4th rounds. So he stayed in school another year and transferred.

And this year, the accuracy is looking somewhat improved. I just love when you see a dude that has the physical traits and the leader gene steadily get better like he has. He has a ceiling he’s still working towards which would make him a pretty high reward pick if he turns out.

Nope Bryce was at an elite program. His Oline was never bad. This comment has nothing to do with what I said about Sanders.

I missed on Bryce. I also said I would take Jayden Daniels as the #1 pick. So far I look to be right on that.

You win some you lose some, but you live to fight another day!

It's hard to gauge him into the NFL.  He is basically playing 7 on 7 style of ball with a top tier WR corp vs meh talent.

It wouldn't be a shock to see Sanders come into the NFL and get wrecked in a NFL pocket.  He isn't suddenly going to get rid of the ball and make quick throws.

Sanders is only a headcase because you hate his father.

I have yet to see him have any trouble off the field. What exactly makes him a headcase?

Celebrating and having commercials as a college athlete doesn't make you a headcase either.

Do better.

    • I have broken one of my top rules regrading morgan, you have to forgive me..... the last 6 years finally caught up to my wits end this year. Im just tired and very very very fatigued with constant awful football.  I learned a while back to never judge rookie class the first year(*unless all-pro or cut). My main reason for breaking that rule was this roster is the weakest in the NFL(I still feel that). Morgan did not land a starting player with early draft picks in each round. Yes XL and sanders have played meaningful snaps, just wanted MORE of the difference making ones and not "well hes all we got, hope its average play level". The off-season he cut boz, bell, and hurst without ANY cap re-leaf. Panthers are paying bell to play for this week's opponent. IMO he should have benched them all, boz as a backup C is great. Same for the other two. If they hated it, well lets re-do this contract and part ways. Then spending 163 million on OGs, just didnt like that usage of cap space......but my gods does Hunt want to win my top fandom with tossing fools out da club....   Beside spending the 4th on Sanders, trade for Johnson, and trade with future 2nd during draft.....I hated all other moves. Ive hated 98% of the moves since 2018. I did love fitterererererers value draft trades, god dam shame he picked nearly all bums after stealing the value.   He deserves and needs another full offseason to at least get the train back on the tracks, but man-o-man Im tired of waiting while the team has fumbled the past 6 years......NOW hes just to deal with BY deal, honestly need another 2 FULL seasons to wash away that sink. I do see he putting in LOADS of work and trying his best, wish I had a better frame of mind.
    • Yes, hence why you spend WISELY.
    • Yeah, he is developing well. I have high hopes he can be what Thomas was supposed to be.
