Any updates on Brooks?

Chuba was phenomenal today but despite Sanders' TD he still did not look very good at all. Would be great to have a 2 headed monster of Chuba and Brooks. Have there been any updates on him/is he on track to return in week 5?

Haven't seen many updates on him either; but he's projected to take over soon after his return.
I stashed him on both of my fantasy teams so I'm double invested lol

I think he'll be slowly introduced. Think D-Will in his rookie year. By season's end, if he's playing well, he and Hubbard will be sharing evenly unless one is especially hot. Sanders will get in on two back sets some and have packages designed as long as he is here, but he's mostly going to be the guy to fill if the other two go down or need a few minutes off

If Chuba keeps playing like this, Sanders performs ok in a complementary role, and the offense can stay in the middle of the pack or better, I wouldn’t try to rush Brooks back…even if it meant keeping him off of field into 2025.

if Chuba does not end up wanting HUGE money after this season, I would work to keep him here. He is not a superstar but he is consistently good and runs hard no matter what every chance he gets. He is a blue collar guy and a great roster is made up of guys like him. Even when Brooks comes back, Chuba deserves his fair share and chances.

He needs to get hit and learn to trust the repair. This is the year for that to happen. I think.

That is a valid point. I could see playing him during the back end of the season “if” he was medically cleared. I just wouldn’t want to rush him back to the field prematurely to justify the 2nd selection in the 2023 draft. I’d rather have 100% in 2024 than 75-80%in 2023 and risk a medical setback.

There's gonna have to be some decisions made when Brooks comes off IR.  Do we keep Sanders? I know ot doesn't make sense to release cause of contract, but do we keep 4 RBs?  Chuba, Blackshear and Brooks all have roles on this team.  If we keep 4 Rbs, do we drop a TE?
