The ultimate poetic justice is trading him to a supposed QB guru, veteran HC, maybe someone like McVay and then he still fails and gets released. I feel no sympathy for Bryce after being exposed recently.

Trey Lance missed a lot of games due to injury.  So there was more hope that he might eventually become an effective NFL qb.  I think there is less hope for Young.

Trade him to Dallas for Lance, at least he has redeemable physical qualities that maybe Canales can do something with.

Realistically, to answer the OP's question I think the best we get is a late round pick.  Bryce is a bum, it's on tape, everyone knows it.

I don’t see anyone trading for Bryce. Who knows how many teams had him totally off their draft board due to his size. Now the NFL knows his brain/heart aren’t in it either. 
 

If he hadn’t been the #1 pick he would have been benched last year. I can see him being a healthy scratch soon, I mean you can’t put him back in if Dalton goes down.
