Teams are much better at identifying talents(*except the panthers), which means the odds theres some mario addison flowing around on a teams PS, ultra low in 2024. Panthers have the worst scouting department, they dont even know what to look for on PS. 

 

I think half the players they claimed off waviers are already cut. Teams just dont cut real talent or reach the PS these days. Plus the pool is 16-17 players in not long ago times it was just 8.
