At what point does the NFL competition committee speak with Tepper

We’re going to be a decade in before we even possibly make the playoffs

 he’s nuked the local attendance

 he’s alienated local politicians

he’s nuked the region TV viewership

overall Tepper has been a BAD NFL owner that’s dragging down the other 31 billionaires

when does Roger pull him aside and make him hire a President of Football

Poor team has nothing to do with the purpose of the Competition Commitee.

The league doesn't care if we aren't a good team. There have always been bad teams.

We are spending money on the roster. That's the only thing that there is a precedent for in regards to this.

That literally doesn't happen.  Also if our GM is good you can turn any team around in a year or two.   I don't get these exaggerations about how we're automatically screwed for the next 5 or 10 years.  I'm not a fan of Morgan so far but it's in the hands of him and his scouts.  If we hit on wr this past draft (I don't think we did) then he potentially replaces dj Moore.  We are past the year with no first, and we got our second back from the rams.   It was an all time bad trade, but there is no reason at all to say we will still be awful in 2 years unless Morgan is bad, which I'm not ruling out

Most here were gung ho about trading up saying things like "If we miss it won't hurt that bad. Look at the 49ers.". It's like nobody actually considered the chance it wouldn't work becuase it was the beloved draft. (Which I think many like more than the game).

As soon as we stop gifting our Draft capital to everyone else.

We're the doormat of the league. There's always been a doormat.

As a Panthers fan, you would have to be a slam fool to rule anything out in regards to the Tepper-run Panthers.

    • I think a lot of wrs are going to go in the second round before we pick.  There are a lot of wr needy teams.  I think there will be a big run on them in the late 30s and 40s.
    • Interesting that they met with Walker three times and Cam Jackson twice.
