If he didnt bench Young then that message would have been lost (which is what happened towards the end with Russell Wilson). This was likely a very hard decision to make but it was the right one.

Me too but only in this matter. He has an incredibly unprepared team 2 weeks in a row, thankfully the D stepped up. The way he ran the preseason was also not good. This is a giant step though and I am a lot more interested in seeing what he has going forward.
