We've seen the pictures of Bryce not being able to see the field. Now, this is another clear tell that this NFL thing is just too much for him. He's out of his depth. The NFL is not the kiddie pool. 

Bryce needs to sit and learn (at the very least, and maybe at most).

Honestly, I can't swear that it would be dramatically better. I am not sure this offensive playcalling would improve or not.

As I stated before, this is a multi-faceted problem to get us where we are right now. There is no quick one person roster fix to make us suddenly good.
