This kid is atrocious. Might go down as one of the worst trade ups in NFL history.

at this point this team isn't even facing adversity. it's just self-inflicting wounds caused by trotting out a team cancer. remove him and the team might not start winning, but will at least be competitive which would ultimately improve morale.

We don't though. You can't expect a defense in today's NFL to need to shut out the opponent every single game to win. You're down 7-0 and the game is over. BY is that terrible. Sand lot football doesn't work in the NFL.

Defense was bad, but at least somewhat better than last week. If our offense could actually move the ball and control the clock it would have been somewhat competitive.

We expected the defense to be bad this year, as they focused on the offense in the off season.  And the defense wasn't great today.  But they did enough today to give us a shot at winning or keeping the game close with an adequate offense.  And aside from a bad punt, the special teams did ok today.
