Let's Say Tebow Is There at 48...

A lot of folks think The Golden Calf of Bristol won't make it out of the first round. Don't ask me why but that is what the supposed experts are saying. It is more likely that unless Jacksonville has a burning desire to stay at 10 to pick up someone, they trade down to somewhere around 20-25 and still pick up The Golden Calf of Bristol plus get extra picks themselves. I doubt The Golden Calf of Bristol is still around when we pick.

Umm, no thanks.

For a while I was fine with trading out of the 2nd, but looking at most draft boards/mocks/etc, this is a GREAT year to have a 2nd. There is so much 1st round talent available that we'd be stupid to trade out unless it was for a stud WR such as Brandon Marshall.

A bit off topic, but New England is going to absolutely destroy this draft. They have 3, THREE second round picks to go along with their first.

1st Round (22nd Overall)

2nd Round (44th Overall - JAX)

2nd Round (47th Overall - TEN)

2nd Round (53rd Overall)

4th Round (119th Overall)

then 2 6th's, and 5 7th's.

^^ right there is why Bill Belichick & the Pats front office is the best in the league, and it's not even close.

Bradford, Clausen and *maybe* McCoy will go in the first. There is no way The Golden Calf of Bristol gets picked in the top 32. If he does I'll change my avatar to a The Golden Calf of Bristol pick for a week in order to be subject to huddle ridicule.

duly noted...

3 QBs will go in round one, with a chance at a 4th... One of the 3 is going to be The Golden Calf of Bristol...

In that case, if Tebows still there at our 2nd round pick maybe we can trade Richard Marshall and our two for the pats gm and some pop rocks?

We are the only team that gives up a damn first round pick for a 2nd rounder. However, if Tate isn't there (probably won't be) then I wouldn't be mad about trading down. If he is there then we better take him...

They can give us their 1st round pick next year all day long...
