The arguments made in the video are pretty weak.  Everything goes back to Tepper.  The defense was dismantled to give Bryce everything they could.  The GM and coach were hired to basically fix Bryce, Tepper's boy, and not fix the Panthers.

But despite all of that Harbaugh still wanted to come here and tepper told him to fug off 2x.
