I think he sees his own story as a journey and is projecting that onto the team.  This is NFL my dude, by the time these dudes figure who they are you’ll be fired and they’ll be on different teams.  Stop making excuses, it’s only week one!

Meanwhile the Patriots with brand new coaching staff and journeyman QB goes into Cincinnati and comes away with a win against a playoff team. I'm so tired of hearing about long processes or long journeys, it's the fuggin NFL, you can go from worst to 1st in your division in the matter of ONE offseason. We really needed an ass kicker, I’ll bench your ass if you are dogging it coach. Mutual respect, but could also stare a hole through guys dogging it. This team aside from a few players… marshmallow soft. But that type of coach… big time alpha. Winning is everything type guy… Would never put up with T’s BS. We’ve seen it before. 

 I got roasted months ago talking about our lack of alpha vs beta personalities… like I was some sort of, well, whatever. well, here you go. No discipline, no accountability. This team doesn’t even look like they had a training camp. 

It comes from the top. Rah rah, we’ll get em next time is the last thing we needed.

I hate the whole….showing character during an epic ass kicking bologna.  It’s the NFL.  You only got 17 games.  I could go out there and show great character while being abused.  What does that really matter.

Reich and co figured it out after a couple practices....but we wanted to burn them at the stake...

Fact is they wanted to bench him and got fired for it because he is cheeks.

He looked pretty tired and done to me. Not to take anything away from him as he was a damn good coach in his days whether people like him or not but he seems tired and worn down. Hell, it had to be tiring kicking the NFL's ass over the years over and over

No coach can succeed here tied to Bryce. He is a set of concrete boots tied to your feet and then pushed off the dock.
