They laughed at me when I said keep Darnold as the bridge QB.

 

We would still have DJ Moore and possibly another elite weapon for him on offense if we stayed put in the draft.

 

Once again Tepper and bad decisions.

It’s not really so much that Darnold is good or worth starting.  It’s that any other QB is better than what we got.  Even Darnold.

Darnold has always looked pretty good in short spurts. His issues arise once other teams get tape to study on him within a system. That's when typical Darnold emerges.

Baker doing what he's continuing to do is what's super impressive.  

If we didn't have Rhule & Fitt, we could have probably figured out a decent situation with Baker/CMC/DJ Moore and some promising rookie talents in the past 3 drafts.

Just think of the WR and TE talent that's gone through the last few drafts that could've been added to that.

When the coach, gm or players don't seem to matter and deliver the same product regardless of any of them that tells us all we need to know and something that everyone here is aware of, Dave and Nicole tepper are mother fuging cancers to nfl success

I got laughed at and suspended at one point for suggesting Darnold and Baker weren’t the issue.

He was 3-0 here at one point too with multiple 300 yard games. And then he just fell off a cliff. He’s a decent backup, capable of winning some games while your starter is out. Seriously doubt he can play like this over an entire season. Still he’s about a million times better than Bryce. Hell PJ Walker is better than Bryce.
