You cannot start Bryce Young again. He is not an NFL player.

He was one of the smallest prospects ever. They kept talking about his intangibles. Yeh ok, But you also need physical tools to be successful too. He has no real accuracy. He has trouble seeing the field from the pocket it seems like. He has no arm strength. The issue is that everything else around him has to be near perfect for him to have a productive play or drive. But how often does that happen for this team?

See, I don't get that. They fired our last HC after one season. No one is safe. If they care about job security, they need to bench Young.

Young was Tepper’s decision.  He overruled the football people.  Dumping the dumpling would mean Tepper was wrong. (Omg! No!!) That’s why the little feller gets to play dress up as a QB1 on Sundays.

Fan engagement is going to go through the floor if he is put out there every week. It will be bad no matter who plays because we will likely lose every game, but at least the other options might actually make some plays to get you excited.

At this point I'm actually shocked if Bryce makes a completion. You can guarantee any down field attempt is going to be out of bounds or an overthrow.

He got a pass for last year.

For today though? There's no excuse. He looked downright incompetent and to be what held the offense back.

Don't be so hasty another 38 or 39 games and we'll know for sure.

Well, I think that Bryce Young is the worst starting quarterback in the NFL and should not be starting. However, you have to let him start the rest of the games so that he will either,

a. Continue to suck and get us the number one pick.

b. Improve as he goes on and gain confidence to prove himself as a quarterback.

Either of these scenarios would be in the Panthers benefit if one of those were to happen.

When they didn’t bring in another young QB prospect to compete with Young you knew it was over. It’s like they played Plummer all pre season because they knew he was garbage and would make Bryce look better.

Dan Morgan is just another Tepper yes man collecting a check. You’re not convincing anyone that Young and Plummer are “dogs”

All he had to do today was look just a tiny bit better, but to get even worse? I mean... I'm as big of a homer as they come but even I can't defend that.

He's a multi-millionaire.

Why would you feel bad for him? He's literally stealing a living and is set up for life.

He games the system. Also it's not like people didn't see his bad deep passes at Alabama pro day

I said that last year, but the Huddle opted to develop Bryce over being competitive and winning some games.  On the bright side, we now know Bryce is trash too.  Nothing further to develop and time to cut bait.  Oh boy, only 17 more weeks of Panthers misery.  Hooray!!!!

It will take more then 17 weeks to fix this team....Bryce is the biggest problem, but the defense sucks too.

    • That’s a book of the great life that the Panthers have had. So great to look back on the great players and seasons that we have had. But I think the book could have been twice the size. We have had a good 30 years, up and down the standings. i know we are in a bad spot right now, but hopefully before long we will be climbing back towards that Super Bowl championship
    • LmAO ..it does not make any sense whatsoever why a team that is currently 2-0 would  trade their backup Qb to a team that is 0-2 & in the same NFC conference ? & what is Seattle going to do if Geno Smith is injured ? wouldn't a team that is  currently 2-0 & is quiet  possibly going to the playoffs  want a decent plan B that already knows how to operate their system & has some form of chemistry with their players  , like I said before this is the NFL &teams especially ones like Seattle  are NOT going to trade their backup Qb 2 games into the regular season...just saying
    • Yeah, I can see that happening, but my only thing is, whoever he goes to, it's going to be a bad team. Not a whole lot of difference between us and say Denver, Jax, the Giants or the Colts. Of course, we're probably worse, but not by that much. Manning would have to pick his poison.
