Is Bryce the worst Panthers QB of all time?

Pickles was the worst in ability but Bryce at that price tag and the fact it tied them to a year 2 is debatable.

Pickles only cost the Panthers a 2nd round pick. This has to factor in the discussion of which is worse.

Randy Fasani was the worst. You could give him 17 games as a rookie and he's not putting up 200 yards, let alone 300, in one of them. He just wasn't a quarterback (but he was drafted). Clausen, Weinke, Young, Mayfield are all in a tier below him.

when your number 1 overall pick at qb could arguably be worse than half the washed up, practice squad, and off the street qb signings in your team's history...he is in fact the worst.

and it's not even close.

He was a more accurate thrower, no doubt about it.  But Clausen had a glacially slow release.

If you take away all of the intangibles (Draft position, what we gave up for him etc) I suspect he'd look the worst out of all of the QBs in Panthers history on a practice field.

Weinke, Walker et al could throw it.

He's certainly the worst QB in Panthers history that's received an extended look. If he was a 3rd round pick he'd have been cut already.

We have had a lot of bad qb’s so Bryce has some competition but he’s among the worst right now
