Has any team ever finished last in 2 consecutive seasons? I can't remember one nor can I find an example on the internet. Also, this roster can't be as bad as last season's with all the changes made. 

My power rankings look like this.

Every team in the NFL is 0-0 accept for KC and Baltimore. So, number 1 is KC, number 2 is the NFL and number 3 is Baltimore. 

Anything else means nothing.
