New England is in a full on rebuild. The 30 to 32 scramble to the bottom looks more realistic with those 3 teams competing for that title this season.

If you were ranking by lineups, I'm not sure this is a top-35 squad. A few second-string lineups are probably better. But I'll still hope for an improvement this year. No sense in throwing in the towel after a couple games.
