I don't think Abdul Carter is gonna be an option at #8. Would be thrilled with the pick if he is.

Crazy that Notre dame is still technically in this.  Penn state has some great athletes but their coach and QB sucks

I’m curious about how he’ll weigh. These guys are never as heavy as the schools say, but if he’s really 255 then he’s absurdly loose and coordinated for a dude his size. Natural ball carrier, lines up anywhere. Good blocker. Just seems useful in ways that, for example, Eric Ebron never had a shot to be. Has another dimension to him than most tight ends. Schools with two NFL-caliber backs aren’t usually anxious to put tight ends in the backfield, you know?

It may certainly be recency bias, but it feels like there have been a few really hyped up te players each year that are can't miss guys, and then they just kind of miss. Of course, even a miss would probably be better than Ian Thomas.

Didn't we have the thread on here a few days ago where majority of the posters were saying he's not even worthy of a top 20 pick, let alone our pick lol
