Prime can think what he wants. That team is not talented. If they were it would show on the field. Nobody knows anyone besides Sanders and Hunter. It's literally a 2 man show.

That Oline still sucks. The defense still sucks.

they got freaking 5 stars coming in to play OL.  They got tons of legit talent there....and again, they ain't playing in the SEC where you need some UGA roster to be considered talented.  Sanders has tons of portal talent.

again, the reason you think they only got 2 players....is EVERYTHING they do is about his son and showcasing him.  Which includes playing calling and the overprioritizing of the play from the QB spot.  I'm not doing this talk anymore this year.  Deion will be gone after this year and none of it will matter.   He is a bad game day coach, he doesn't care about program building, and he will be gone when his sons are done.

Not much going on tonight, but the two ESPN games could be interesting.

I think I might go to one of my old HS games tonight. Haven't been back in that stadium in 20 years. They got a new coach this year who has won multiple state championships. They lost their first game last week but it was a one score game and that team went 13-1 and beat us by 40 last year.

Whats the word on Cam Ward? Final college season playing for Miami, I wonder where he's projected to go in the draft currently

He seems to have all of the tools and put up some great numbers out west.  I know Auburn tried to get him in the portal and I wish they did.

Yeah he'll obviously have a bigger spotlight in Miami. I think he's currently projected a 4th/5th rounder with room to move up

I'm looking at Notre Dame vs Texas A&M.  2 high ceiling QBs who need more playing time plus Leonard the ND QB played for the new HC at A&M last year at Duke.  Should be an interesting one.

It's early to be talking draft, but right now if we had the #1 pick I would probably take Travis Hunter #1 even over the QB's. He's just a flat out playmaker.

If Bryce is terrible again we can just find a stop gap for the time being. Hell go trade for Sam Howell if we have to.

Howell will probably be starting in Seattle before the end of the season.  I don't expect them to be good and I don't expect them to extend Geno Smith. If both are true they're gonna want to give Howell a test drive while they have the opportunity.

He is. Anyone who knew the story behind Prime Academy already knew that.

They showed a graphic during the game last night that showed how Colorado has changed since Prime's big arrival there. Everything from an uptick in enrollment by black students, to an uptick in black residents in Boulder, to an uptick in black athletes joining Colorado University sports teams, to an uptick in football scholarships handed out to black athletes. ALL because of Prime. Not because of the team's chances. Not because of the education Colorado provides. But because of Deion. And Whoaa is over here saying he's going to jet to a new team soon! Prime already did JSU dirty. Is he going to do Colorado dirty too? All these young folk thrilled about being part of something new and special are going to lose the main reason they went there? Whoaa, NO ONE here "hates Colorado" as you've said multiple times in this thread. People dislike DEION.

    • KC has a very good defense this year. It is 5th overall. Yes, still worse than last year, but their offense is considerably worse. Their passing D may be their "weakness" but they still allow fewer than 20 ppg. BY completed several deep passes yesterday, and he was able to threaten downfield in ways he didn't seem capable of before the benching. I'm not necessarily worried about his ability to connect deep anymore. What to me was impressive was that he did all this without a run game. We used the pass to set up what little running success we had. Wild.
    • Solid and fair assessment.   I will say, one of the big things I noticed yesterday was that he wasn't shy to step up into the pocket in the face of pressure.  He's trusting the IOL.  And they took care of Chris Jones yesterday.  We had clean pockets but also good success rate vs. pressure which just hasn't been the case with Bryce.   If he has more confidence the OL gets it done and he can navigate and step up for throws, that's huge.  It's one of the biggest things that's held him back.  He was previously bailing quickly and just too easily throwing away or making dead plays.     He was finding his 2nd to 3rd reads within structure/without bailing in the pocket.  That was nice to see, as much concern I have with him.  And the overall limitations will always be there. Time to back it up this week against the Bucs.
    • Suddenly the Cowgirls look like our best chance for a win remaining. I think the Bucs are playing better than the Falcons of late.  Our lone game versus the dirty birds is in the ATL where we always struggle.  The Cardinals are marginally better than I thought they would be. We are not beating the Eagles, they are starting to roll. I'm saying two at most, next week at home versus the Bucs and the Cowgirls.
